ALL items ship via FedEx Home Delivery, unless you choose expedited shipping at checkout.

Our standard turn around time is 4 weeks for large signs/items, and 2 weeks for items labeled as "quick ship". We try to ship sooner if at all possible.  Rush production is available for most items, reduces production time to 2 weeks, and is an additional fee.  

If you're ordering during the holiday season or a sale, please allow extra time for transit time once your order has left us. If you order a Custom Sign, your ship date will be dependent on when we receive your final design approval.  

Each sign is made to order and we work very hard to ensure that we meet excellent quality standards!

For orders $99.99 and under, shipping is $9.95. For orders $100 and above, shipping is free for the contiguous United States.  For items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, there is a separate shipping fee.

We will need a physical delivery address (not a P.O Box) 

If ordering multiple items, they may be shipped seperatly. Once your order is packaged and label created you will then receive an email notification with your tracking information.

**Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for undelivered, mis-delivered due to incorrect address, or packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit.

Our large signs come with our own cleat system pre-installed (shown in listing photos). Please see the back of our thank-you card for full written instructions.

Leaners, shelf sitters and small signs do not come with hanging hardware.

Please read through the item description to find out if your item(s) come with hanging hardware.

Please keep in mind that, while sealed, all of our signs are painted.

We recommend that you use a clean & dry microfiber cloth to clean. If you need to clean a smudge/splatter, we recommend you use a damp (barely damp) microfiber cloth to gently clean your item.

Do NOT use cleaning products, and please never scrub or use heavy pressure to clean your signs or other items.

Please Note...
We do NOT utilize UV printers or vinyl in the creation of our items. Laser cut items are made from premium materials and are created on a commercial grade laser. Painted Because our signs are hand crafted and hand painted  no two items are ever the same. 

Expect knots in your frames.  While we make every attempt to source the cleanest cuts of wood for our frames, we love our knots! We believe they add character to our items and make each one completely unique.
